swat team surrounded a house when an armed suspect is believed to be held up. >> the standoff lasted more than seven hours. police were not able to track down the suspect. they were lined up along this street. police currently just left the area. >>grant: here is a map of where he was. we will show you exactly where this went down. if police were looking for a suspect that they believed was barricaded in a home on 12th street near mandela parkway. as a result of this standoff, 11th, 12th, 13th and 14th streets were blocked from mandela to center street. if 12 is blocked from mandela to qr from street. all of these roads are being reopened as we speak.

like most of the others, this person stayed in one of the cabins in curry village in early july. those cabins have since been shut down. all nine guests that have been infected, three have died. because of public concern, yosemite is reaching out to more people. up until yesterday, 30,000 people had stayed in curry village and receive e-mail notifications. yesterday, the park send out another two of the 30,000 e-mail's anyone estate anywhere in the park since june 10th. since august 20th, parks and public health officials have been trapped in a nice to see how many are infected. 14 percent of deer mice are affected which is consistent with the state average. saddam >> we know that the number of visitors to yosemite has gone down since this has happened. what is the part doing to get rid of the problem? >> they have closed the signature tent cabins into the are beefing up the cleanings. they're trying to trap road in

>>pam: the man allegedly behind the wheel of a pickup truck that hit two women walking on walnut creek sidewalk on saturday has been released from jail. here, you can see the aftermath of that collision. maureen kelly has the latest. the >> the many senior got out of jail on wednesday night. the walnut creek police department does not have enough evidence to make the charge of vehicular manslaughter stick. that does not mean he is off the hook for the accident. schools say they are continuing to pursue him in planned to present a case to the district attorney. he has had his license suspended twice in the past and has a dui conviction on his record. is still unknown if he was under the influence on the day
